Refunds:

Exchanges:
- Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, even without a specific reason.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color preference. In such cases, only an exchange can be made.
- Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.

UAE Shipping:
- Free shipping is available across the UAE.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days (Same-day delivery available in Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah).
Worldwide Shipping:
- International shipping fees vary depending on destination and courier charges.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country.
